Macro commands full list request

I can only support this, game is severly lacking a full macro documentation, if I remember right, even the alpha manual had macro commands listed but now it's pretty hard to figure out the macros.

Anyone knows the command for changing gear sets?

Agree 1000%, need list of macro commands immediately. PLEASE.

Does anyone know how to show the cooldown on a macro icon?

I've made a macro for "Foresight" but when I activate it, the icon doesn't show when it's ready for use again.

I've tried /recast but it doesn't work.

macro:
<<Casting Foresight!>>
/p <<Casting Foresight!>>
/ac "Foresight" <me>

I still have no idea what the placeholder is for companion. How do I heal my choco with a macro, SE? :(

Adding "/macroicon Foresight" should do the trick.
