I did not get the CE. BUT, the Preorder Items are still on the Account they're supposed to be, just the character has been "overwritten"

Actually, the Accounts haven't been merged at all. They just deleted my character. Interesting.
Sorry to hear of your bad luck. Since you went through the support ticket process, I was wondering if you could tell me how long the process took? From the time you submitted your support ticket to the time they actually responded. I hope you can get your issue resolved. I feel your pain. I accidentally created a second account when applying my Early Access code. At least I learned my lesson, and hopefully I get it right when I go to apply my C.E. registration code.
I turns out I am incredibly stupid. I didn't select the proper world my character was on. He still exists, but that leaves the problem of me having 2 service accounts now.
They haven't responded yet, neither have to responded to the form I filled out.
