Meteor Survivorr Ring

I've had this bookmarked for a couple days since the quest was also locked to me, it unlocked after turning in the quest to defeat Titan, so it requires you to be able to do the ~lv34 missions.

I'm legacy and I've completed the main story line. The quest isn't available to me still. Anyone else have this problem or know a solution? *thread subscribed*

you probably have to do a few other quests at the camp before it
