Yes, and waited almost 3 hours on their chat. I followed everything the chat tech support guy told me to do, and nothing has worked.

I had the black screen on my ps3 the first few times I tried downloading. Backed out and in a few times. PS I was able to hi light the text on screen to see inversion.

Really? Hmm, well i re-installed Windows 7 and that seem to fix it so far, thanks for your help guys
