The only time I've been able to log in since their maintenance yesterday around noon has been 5am this morning before work. I really don't understand how they think lining people up in an orderly queue would be more of a load on the servers than tons of people repeatedly attempting to login manually one at a time.

I loved FFXI and I love this game when it works. I understand launches are never smooth. However, saying they are limiting the number of people that can log on and not telling us that they're working on fixing the situation (reinstating queues? Getting new servers?) is a bit disconcerting.

I dont see why it cant just be a really long queue...

I have never seen this level of incompetence from a company before..... this is beyond a joke....

they really never expected millions of players playing or logging in ?!?!!? HOW CAN THEY HAVE NOT FORESEEN THIS.......


And why the hell do they let players stay logged in and idle for ?!?!? this is like 90% of the stupid Server issues for a start... players should be kicked after being idle for 15min

I haven't been able to play since day 2 of EA. Just now got into a que today and 1017 me with 3 people in front of me in que

I dont even get a Queue... I havent been able to play with my friends since Day 1.......... so all my 14 days are going to waste due to this incompetence.... ive never seen anything like this from all the games that I have played, hell even WoW Burning Crusade launch is much better than this.... they only had issues for a day or 2... they never stopped anyone from playing, they never stopped you for making Characters, they never stopped you from playing with your friends...

This Company needs to wake up to them selfs......
