Its all SE's fault, they could easily implement an AFK kick so servers are not filled with AFKers

Personally I don't think it would make as big a difference as people say it would. It would help, but not enough to really fix the issue. The problem is that Squenix simply didn't prepare for the amount of users that they should have anticipated, since they've had the preorder numbers for months. Infrastructure takes time to set up, and it sucks that they're going to have to work around the clock to get the game functioning properly, but the harsh reality is that the people in charge of their network infrastructure really blew it.
afk kick, an actual server queue would help alot. that and raising the server caps
"Log Out. Give others a chance to play" Can anyone see how ridiculous this situation is if we have to make these kinds of posts. A MMO is a game where you should be able to play as long as you want, whenever you want. The fact that people have to beg others to log so they can play is ludicrous. The next thing you know, they will be allocating time slots for people to play. Take heed Yoshi, all the good will you built up over the past 2.5 years has been destroyed over the past 16 days.
This is absolute BS!
I guess no one's actually reading his post? He said he logged out to go to work and now can't get back in.
I'm in a similar boat. Played for about 2 hours this afternoon, came back after 3 hours of class and now I can't log in. Probably won't get a chance since it's about to be peak hours soon anyway. =/
I certainly don't blame people for idling so that they can actually play the game they've been looking forward to for a while. Now that I actually have a good chunk of free-time too, bah.
