Tried for 15 mins thanks to doing an Alt+F4 to get out of Duty black screen of doom and got that error. Finally got in and had a queue of 86 for my server and then got kicked because of an error hitting the lobby server. Now for another 15 minutes to try and get that server list to load again I guess.
