Ok, I've done a few things different this time, I changed my PS3s DNS to use Google's instead of my isp's, and I deleted my system settings data for ARR through Data Management. We'll see what happens, this will be my last shot tonight.
Edit: I'm wondering if this isn't an issue with the PSN servers. My PC client updated with no problems a few hours ago.

No change several hours later. And now when I try my PC client, it says "Unable to update world list for NA/EU." So I cant log on at all.
You know, I've been pretty patient. Theres been a lot of screw ups and poor preparation throughout beta, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I said to myself, "it's still beta, there's supposed to be problems.. It will all be sorted out by launch time." and here we are... 1 day into official service, and I can't log on with a PS3 OR PC. I'm really trying to be a good, faithful fan here, but they are making it very difficult. I just want to play, that's it. I feel like I have done everything I can for SE, I bought 1.0 CE, paid a subscription all the way through 1.0, did my part beta testing on every phase, pre-ordered and purchased PS3 CE for 2.0 even though I had no real reason to to so, really it was mostly just to support the game as much as possible. When I see all the problems that people are having, and the problems that I am having, and their lack of response to those problems, it makes me feel like SE just doesn't give a shit about the people who really stuck it out for them.
I'm not going to stop playing(assuming I'll be able to play at some point), but SE you need to know how you are making your players feel. Get your shit together. -

Try taking the HDD out of the PS3 and chkdsk it, this error is different to the one that users were reporting earlier.

I am speechless SE. You guys have really screwed the pooch on this one. I'm getting closer by the moment to the point where I just say "I'm done" and just walk away for good. At the very least you could be acknowledging these errors.

Since we are all sitting on our thumbs waiting for the servers to come back up, I figured I would bump this and maybe get some fresh ideas. I know I'm not the only one with this error, and it remains unresolved. I'm usually pretty good with this kind of thing, but this one has me stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
