Well, no source, I just read through all the retainer questions that the retainer creator lady offers, you can also ask her to tell you what each city's tax rates are.

The Retainers system is pretty cool I think. I am sure they will make tweeks here and there in the future to improve it.

Just a question, when do you unlock the retainer?
