I have this issue as well but have not messed around with it too much because it is just the chat box buttons on the bottom and I just know how it works so I do not need to see the whole thing, but it is annoying. I thought I saw in the BETA Forums that Yoshi and team knew it was an issues and were going to work on getting it fixed...I thought for P4 but did not see it fixed as of then.

This NEEDS to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. It's a pretty big deal when a number of your paying players are complaining that they can not fully see or read the screen they are playing. It fully renders the gaming experience unbearable, when it's impossible to read full descriptions of actions and other menu items. Yes, moving and resizing HUD helps some, but this does not change the fact that the screen is still cropped on all four edges, again, leaving some areas unviewable and some items unreadable. Why has this not been addressed?! I want to play!
