"No Valid Service" PS3 [XMB] Mail.

If they can't fix it in time, then they should postpone the Early Access start time until they can fixed it.

Just hands up here as one of the victims. I'm a bit better tho as I own the 1.0 CE too so I should still be able to play by PC on the 27th. Anyway, hope for the best!

I re downloaded but didn't work for me. It re updated from 6/22 or w/e and patched to 8/22 but then same. Praying for that magic message today.

I DID sit on hold a few minutes to get to PSN customer support. spoke to Rhonda, who informed me that she COULD do a refund HOWEVER takes 5 days to process. So that's out the window. She said since there has been notices put out about them fixing the problem, they should def. have it fixed by E.A start time.

AND she said that IF it is not fixed, PSN is prepared to hand out refunds to everyone that asks for em.... that tells me they will fix the problem LOL. (reposted here for relevance)

I don't mean to be a pain, but if they don't fix it before EA I will definetely ask for a refund. Yes, it is frustrating, specially since I canceled my pre-order with amazon to get it trough the PSN store. I even upgraded to the CE. They have to be accountable and asking for a refund is a way of doing that.

P.s. I don't care that other people are playing. I want to play. I saw a similar post about people wanting a wipe after Beta 4 bc other people got to play more than they did.

I try to redeem the another code I got from Amazon. But it isn't work. It said that I already have that service in my account.....

I'm sure they will have it fixed guy's. They got everything else fixed in time. They are probably working there butts off to get it fixed... Well let's at least hope....

Is this problem only effecting those who bought from PSN August 15th? Would I get the same issues if I ordered a copy today?
