Have you guys tried to bypass your router or dmz you computer. Thats what I do whenever there was an update.

*face palm* It was my windows firewall the entire time from the looks of it. I use AVG and disabled it but as soon as I disabled the firewall of Windows it started right to the setup page. Thanks :D
