Customer service responded that this issue will for sure be 100% resolved...Gonna wait and see what happens. They are making an announcement at 6pm EST 3pm PDT

I also have a Pre-Order EA spare NA(x1) and EU Code (x2). However, I would only be willing to trade/give it to someone who is on the Saragantas server.
