Easter should come with a Quality Assurance statement by Yoshida, stating CLEARLY that it does not represent Square Enix's ongoing solution, but rather it is a diversion from the hard times that doesn't impare the restoration of those times.
You all don't know how to fix this game's image, because you don't care about anyone other than yourselves. You, in reality, are insufficient to hold this line. You are not worth this product without them. So get a clue. The main brunt of this game's player base is expecting these kind of assurances, because it looks bad to be talking about holidays and double spell sizes otherwise.

10% new players
New players just don't care. They have no reason to. You don't even get the new players' attention yet until this game starts creating its own buzz. New players dropped the idea of playing this game back in October, man. They barely even remember this happened. -
