Also for the few that did a live chat the T1 people don't really know much. I remember i had a issue with putting a code in beta account and not my real account they told me there no way i could get a new code. I told them give me T2 and got it fix within 30m.
But for region yes there really no way and if there was a way i don't think T1 chat support would know even if there was there very limit on information for some reason. I hope SE make a way to change region in account one day.

The best thing we can do as a community is raise awareness about this issue. Make sure to LIKE the question in the thread so HOPEFULLY the question will be asked to the producers and we can get an answer directly.
It seems that there are more people who have this issue than i expected. Even if you dont have an issue with this problem, it would still be appreciated if you can help us get an answer/fix to this.

I never even knew it was an issue. Here's hoping for some raised awareness and maybe even some plan or action to look into fixing it. I, myself, plan to move regions in the future and I'd hate to run into this issue.
