That's a good point. I've only ever seen Hyur skeletons!

I would imagine its all mostly the same since they are all humanoids.
I liked to think Miqo'te were like Asari from Mass Effect, until SE ruined that..! lol
Makes more sense. The bone-structure looks too fragile to be Roegadyn, and the they're awfully tall to be Hyur skeletons.
Though, even without a dev response, there are some things we can safely assume, right? For example, a Miqo'te skull should be easy to identify from holes at the top of the cranium to allow their ear canals to pass through (and the more pronounced canines of the Keepers, of course).
Or the... um.. Okay, I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but there's gotta be other stuff. What are things unique to the races other than the obvious?
Even if we were to base skull morphology on feline anatomy, the canals for auditory organs would still located on the sides of the skull (actually closer to the base than the top).
But yes, canines and tail vertebrae would definitely be a more tell-tale sign (and since exclusive features like pronounced canines for Keepers are being retconned to allow for all Miqo'te now, they'd likely be even more frequently seen in skeletal remains.
They did have a habit of lurking in Gelmorran areas like Tam-Tara Deepcroft (a clear burial site for Gelmorra). I have pics on the wiki somewhere... They were in other areas, but I think their relation to Gelmorra makes them more clearly Elezen.
Roegadyn females have an almost Elezen height and shape. Just look at everyone's confusion about Merlwyb. But I think it's safe to say there wouldn't be such an abundance of their bones littering Eorzea.
The Sil'dih backstory opens up the possibility of Lalafell zombies. Maybe we can see Lalafell skeletons as well! The fomor in FFXI recycle animations from normal characters, so maybe they could do the same for XIV's undead.
I think what we're getting out of this convorsation is why don't we have more race's skelletons running about.
