"Naria" doesn't really translate from what I can tell but "Nari" is a shortened form of "Nariko" in Japanese (gentle child) so what I came up with for "Naria Starcatcher" was Haldlona Styrketenwyn (Kind-gatherer Star-chain daughter). Which kinda sounds contradictory . . .:o

I'm honestly not sure. I tend to translate my name to mean: Yesterday's Nests.
Nest is covered by Nyst.
Yesterday seems to be missing, however.
My surname might be something involving healing, as I am wont to heal others anywhere and everywhere, whether they ask for it or not (I like to keep people alive). Let's see...
Haelhanth? That's Healthy Hand.
Lleinent? Pain's End?
Hum.
Well, my Hellsguard name could be Hesternal Nests (or would Yesterday's Nests work?).
I am actually thinking of creating a female Roegadyn to go along wth my lalafell main and my male miqo'te alt...so...*tilts head* ...'course I don't plan to really play my alts much...just want to be able to look at them...*too many ellipses*
Ahem. :p

Iyrngara Klynbyldsyn (Iron Skin son of Small Make) By the closest translation of my Highlander adopted name.
Rhoharr Iyrntroegsyn (Red Hair son of Iron Monster) would be my true name according to LL birth records.
It's just easier to go by Gramul.
Yay personal lore and backstory~

Ross Nichols (a.k.a. Nuinn) was a Cambridge academic and published poet, artist and historian, who founded the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids in 1964. He wrote prolifically on the subjects of Druidism and Celtic mythology.
So, my first name would have to be something nature-related. . . .
Hyltwaht : Hylt = forest, Waht= guard : forest guardian(?)
Klaus Sperber (a.k.a. Klaus Nomi) was a German countertenor noted for his wide vocal range and an unusual, otherworldly stage persona.
Music, voice, performance. . . . There's actually words in Roeg dictionary for song (syng), singing (syngi), dance (satz), voice (stymm). . . .
Webbstymm : Webb = silk, Stymm = voice : pretty self explanatory and don't think that a "singing man" or something along those lines would fit me.
Hyltwaht Webbstymm
HOWEVER, if I ever made a Roeg character, I'd name him Barabhar Hartbaen

Skrat+Caepf (Goblin Slate)
Bloe+Syng+Syn (Blue Song)
Skratcaepf Bloesyngsyn... Bloesyn
or
Bloe+Sthal (Blue Steel)
Zirn+Goht+Syn (Furious god)
Bloesthal Zirngohtsyn
Hmm, that one sounds more intimidating and least annoying to type.
And for the hell of it...
Hildebrand > Battle Sword (Germanic roots) > Waekswerd > Which (when pronounced incorrectly) sounds like 'weak sword' > Which could translate to modern lingo "Weaksauce" :P

Don't forget Syn or Wyn at the end of the surname.

Ok best I could do with my characters name: Lady Purrsalot
Rhylfroe Wheigrinaawyn
direct translation would be: Plenitful (alot) Lady, (daughter of)Soft Howler(purrs) hahahahaha
Wonder if the double a is correct to change Grina - Howl to Grinaa - Howler.

Eidinwarda Kroemahctsyn...
WOW who knew an attempt at replicating my real name would result in such a cluster of consonants!
