If Yoshi-P doesn't mind about cigarettes in the game, I would use it every time I go AFK. Maybe increase your mind (thinking) and losing 1 HP per a second. :D

IRL I drink sugar, with a little coffee. My wife demands coffee in the morning (I'm a tea drinker) and so.. I make liquid sugar and add a little caffeine I guess lol -
