Try reading article 2.6(d) in the beta test agreement

There was a post earlier today complaining about Comcast. Wonder if their e-mail servers caught the mass-mailing and stopped it?

Ah, I wouldn't know. Perhaps it'd be good for you to ask if anyone else got a key using that service? I might give you an indication on whether the problems the email client or SE, or if they just haven't got around to inviting your end of the registered legacy members list yet.

And fyi, the rep didn't explain how the thread breached the NDA. It could have been the guy explaining how exactly the phases are to be scheduled, maybe?

That could of very well happened if they think someone is sending out a mass mailing and is spam people won't even see it.
