Beta codes

Umm, hate to be the NDA guy but...
, (d) THE IDENTITY OF BETA TESTER AND THE FACT THAT BETA TESTER IS PARTICIPATING IN THE BETA TEST,
In regards to confidentiality in the beta tester agreement

I'm pretty sure it was already stated by Yoshi-P himself that just stating you're in the Beta test isn't specifically a NDA violation - just if you're actually revealing specific information from the test or anything related to it.

After all, just saying your a Legacy member would therefore technically be a NDA violation as well, as all Legacy members are in the test naturally.

Well anybody that said to be legacy is known to be in beta, so I guess that NDA part will mostly apply for those in beta but not legacy.

Unless saying that you are legacy is NDA since they said legacy would be testers...?

ok now confused? Did they just open code registration to those with access or is there a separate area to register code?

That's odd. I managed to login to the Beta forum no problem - although I noticed it threw up an initial error notice in Japanese, but by clicking on the forum link at the top of the page allowed access as normal once I logged in again. I guess it must be a glitch.

I guess that means, that the supposedly 95% of the community, that are Legacy, will disappear to beta forum now? :)
