Haha I apologize, I totally didn't mean to mislead by the title, I just didn't want it to be too long. I had it as "Almost had a heart attack, beta invite for my brother but it turned out it wasn't".

But for real seriously, the email title was sooo misleading and sooo teasing, we were shocked he got the invite on the day he applied, since he doesn't check this email very often.

Beta invite e-mails will most likely be around Feb. 22-23. As well Loadstone will have a posting letting people know the invites have been sent out! So no need to panic and fall for these e-mails, not sure why people fall for them still.

not really sure what's misleading about the email, it's just a confirmation of your application, which is exactly what the subject says.
