Current Specs:
Intel Core i7-3930K Six-Core overclocked to 4.7 GHz
G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 2400MHz CL10 Quad Channel Kit set to XMP Profile 1.
ASUS (GTX680-DC2O-2GD5) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB GDDR5
I plan to upgrade to Nvidia Titan and Ivy Bridge Extreme when hardware is available.
I'm in the process of saving for a complete custom build, but this is what I'm currently looking at:
MB: Asus P8Z77-V Pro (Intel Z77 ATX)
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K (3.4GHz) QUAD CORE 77W
RAM: Kingston 16GB DDR3-1600 (2x8GB)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB
I don't plan to update my specs, can't afford it at this time, but I thought it would be okay because they said ARR should be easier to run than FF14; one of their main goal is to reach wider audiences. Is this true? Or Should I be upgrading?
Currently sporting:
Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.80Ghz
8GB DDR3 RAM
Radeon HD7970
Why would you upgrade? It's shouldn't be as demanding as the previous game.
