25th is still when i expect it to start.

yup seems beta wont start till march. so dont expect beta in february :(

Beta announced in the Regular Letter coming this week ( Beta will be before the Live Letter, that way The live letter can Feature the Beta). Also, I feel when they say "Themes: Beta test and the official release" I feel that Will be playing a Beta and him showing how good things are coming along and he'll give a "Projected" release date.

If he wants to make a grandiose show out of it, we'll get the chance to download our clients sometime next week, and the live broadcast will begin with Yoshi-P flipping the switch to bring the servers online.

That'd be totally boss.

That is also a possibility! I would love that better than getting it earlier than that. It would feel that much more Memorable.

I love how all you guys are jumping to the conclusion about beta being postponed till March. It's only 2/12! Not even "middle of the month" when they said it was going to be scheduled for. We have a regular letter and a Live letter coming still. They are out marketing for the game. I'm betting either they are going to release beta this coming Friday or like noted by a previous poster, at the end of the live letter they will have Yoshi press the official beta release button. Have a little faith in them guys.
