I miss my Lalafell too much to change her! Perhaps some small revisions, depending on what additional options are made available.
I will definitely be trying out other races though for Beta. I fully expect to spend a number of hours going through character creation.
Hmm, I wonder if we can delete and recreate characters during each beta phase, or if we're stuck with the first one we make until the next phase...?
I'm just going to re-roll alts in beta until I get a look I'm satisfied with to apply to my main character.
I'm planning to re-roll to Lalafell; I played a Tarutaru for 5 years or so on FFXI and I didn't want to "cast Raise" on him for 1.0. I used to say "My Tarutaru is currently resting at Vana'diel and he's not planning to make his way to Eorzea...", so I decided to play a Highlander, even though I tend to play races not resembling the typical adult human being.
Now I've changed my mind, so Umo Heima is about to shrink a bit...
I'm honestly not sure what I'll change into... Female highlander looks cool but I hope they are not as vanilla as their midlander counterparts ><. Female Ro looks awesome too, but if Miqo'te have any cool extra options I might have to go that route.
I do dearly love my elezen though... I don't think I can make an informed decision til phase 3 when we see all available options on the character creator ;;
I can change in a female elezen. Midlander and miqo'te are too common
I think many are holding off to decide.
The real question is how big can a Lalafell's boobs get.
OFC myself, I will stay a Seeker of the Sun.

I think with the make over and my trusty side kick the Lala, i'll be just fine as is

Elezen male, male Midlander, female Miqo'te, male Miqo'te, female Lalafell...
And I am curious about Female highlander and female Ro, if I also like them, then it will be even harder.
I will make more characters, but I really want to focus mostly on 1 character this time.
I guess I Beta I will try out a lot.
And I probably will spent a lot of time in character creation.
Every race and gender has a different personality for me.
I mostly played Lalafell /taru, I play them as shy, and that is closest to my own personality, but I love to play a character that is totally different then myself, I done it once at the beginning of FFXIV 1.0, and I loved it.
I wonder how long it takes before I have made my decission. :o
