I have noticed that ever since the last patch for ver 1.23 the Dev team has been pretty spot on with projected dates and time lines. This bodes well for Beta testing and a late spring release. Kudos to them for all their hard work.

That's a bit harsh - sure you'll always get the odd person who just complains for the sake of complaining, the Alpha thankfully only had one or two people like that - most people really did leave feedback and report bugs/issues so I expect the same with the Beta.

Either way, I'm so looking forward to this (and yes, I too quickly checked my email details were correct, even though I knew they were, I did it just to be sure ;)).

It is a test as much as it is a marketing strategy, but yes, we should report as much stuff as we can.

i suppose you'll get access to beta forum, and download game etc during next week. and then the beta actually starts the week after. With alpha people got into forum about a week before alpha actually started.
