Boobs don't auto indicate adulthood. Nor does everyone have large boobs. I think that they could sneak in appropriately sized breasts to make a Lala look proportionate, but thats about it.
It would probably hardly be noticeable. We'll see next month I guess.

I'm pretty sure the lala-girls in the cutscene released so far and screenshots have 0 curves that distinguish them from males
