Moogle and Chocobo dolls are quite rare these days. Especially since the official SE shop has been taken down for a while. There are sites/shops that sell official SE goods though. Visit the official Square-Enix merchandise Store and send them an email to ask for a retailer near you.

When the official store website went back from shutdown. There are now very few items you can buy in meanwhile most of them selling on eBay or somewhere. If you meant FFXIV t-shirts, they haven't made ones for sale.
