voice chat add too much Lag to game servers, have yourself a optional chat program and share only w/ out Linkshell or party mates, is betters less stress

The argument is the ps3 users wont have a way to use mumble,vent,ts3 i say they could use smart phone/laptop and if they don't have it there ls that have voice chat program and no one really talk they just chat on the game. Also PS3 is really casual i know people can do endgame and all but really at the end of the day if you want to join a good ls and they make you use a chat program then download it on your smart phone.

That pretty much what people want chat support that and for other reason but i agree with you that way to much lag we don't need.

Most people who have a PS3 has access to a computer or laptop or else having the internet is very pointless in your household. The argument against voicechat in game is regarding game architecture. It truly is an unnecessary feature with all the options available to you.
