Oh yeah. Corsair. My fave and main class from XI.
Edit: The whole luck-based gameplay on a class. I really like that.
-Well designed zones that give it a unique feeling
-Awesome visual effects to magic/skills
-Much more better events than the boring ones we had (XMAS was cool tho)
-Party Seek Flag
-Chocobos/Chocobo Breeding/Chocobo Armory
I have too many !!!
Not much inspiration atm, but it would probably fall down to one word: CHALLENGE!
I mean, am I the only one feeling those quests are too damn easy?
-Personal House
-Mail System
-Chocobo/Airship
-DRK/PLD class
I don't want a carbon copy of FFXI stuff... but it wouldn't hurt to borrow from it.
Here are some things I'd like to see:
- A Mog House: any place that serves as a nice living area to store armor, weapons, trophies... that you can furnish and make look nice.
- Weapon Skills and Magic Burst: Something that you have to coordinate with your party to maximize damage (and give cool animations). I know BR is supposed to do this but it's way to tedious and impractical given the fast paced battle system
- Usable effects on Item/Armor/Weapons: We kinda have this withe the Hermes Shoes but there is no way of telling when the effect is ready
-Seek party feature is a MUST.
-another option for automated payment like the POL, Click&Buy is a major frustration to set up, it drive customers away.
-Player search function, by: name, ranks, class, area, purpose
-Strategic and cooperative party play, like in FFXI
-mob check feature, too weak, even match, IT. As of now, there is no way to check if the mob give any exp/sp or not, all I know is, blue con mob are weak, but HOW weak are they? will they still give any exp/sp??
-able to browse/sort equipments at the market wards by ranks & class, just like how AH is organized in XI
-teleport spells and make starting town so I can have my home point always set there, in addition to Aetheryte Crystals/gates where I temporary set for leves and exp camp.
Oh yeah! ... and Blue Magic. But probably not for a while until a lot more enemies and skills are released.
-Summoner (not broken like FFXI)
-Beastmaster
