Official Petition to Bring Back PlayOnline for ARR

obviously it wouldn't be exactly the same. An upgrade PlayOnline yes please absolutely.

Screw that just make it usable through the steam interface and we have a 10x better user portal at our disposal.

And yet it's a common complaint about how Steam handles MMO launching and updating when launching through it for many of the MMOs you can download on it.

Fixing that would be easier than fixing pol. Steam just recently started hitting the mmo space in earnest. They've been great up till now I'm sure they'll hammer out those problems soon enough

Edit: Hell I just set it up to launch gw2 and it launches it perfectly and gives me perfect use of the overlay.

I don't know about you but here in Australia POL was nothing but an annoying account management system with an incredible talent for implementing management structures into their customer service that guaranteed you no resolutions, no solutions and a fabulous international charge on your telephone bill because their bullshit chat support was far from chatty and even further from supportive.

Oh and I disapprove of them coming back :D

I enjoyed PlayOnline in the very beginning ... but towards the end of my FFXI career (WoTG) .. I was overIt.com
