True, but what's the ending?

There is no ending to MMOs. The developers want the game to go on for at least 10 years so this has not been discussed yet.
There's what you can say and it will be completely truthful.
Oh and Abrial when asked that we just say "Yes I was one of the few Alpha testers to ensure the game runs properly" It's technically working on it.
The world ends, Bahamut laughs.
Also there's a certain type of fanboy, myself definitely included, who had "have your name -somewhere, anywhere- in the credits of a Square Enix game" on their bucket list firmly in the "this will never actually happen" category who are chairdancing their asses off at this being part of Legacy. >_> And I think financially supporting a game during a period of suboptimal playability to prove a point that the game's worth putting development time and effort into does count as a meaningful contribution.
As the biggest FF fanboy on earth having my name in the credits of a FF game would fill me with overwhelming joy!
What we did to get our name in the credit? we support and pay for FFXIV we work on FFXIV to make it a better game. We made shit load of topic for SE to do this or that and made the game better. But at the end it's just something nice to give us for supporting this game in the long run :)
yes you can.. once you have cleared all the content and gotten all the gear, it's over... you just have to wait for an update. The credits will probably just be a button you can press to watch them scroll by and at the very bottom writtenlikethis will be 1000s of players names and you won't be able to find your own =D
