Why are lalafel never cast as hero?

Now I could be mistaken but, isn't Louis kind of the "Leader" of this group of heroes? As such, he is absent from this CS yes but at the time we didn't know his true role.

For people saying Shantotto... Shantotto is a Tarutaru and in XI, not XIV.

I want to see a Lalafell Legatus! And have him NOT be silly. He should be all serious and manly, just....tiny.

I think he was talking about lack of Roe's/galka's having any major role

I believe OP was referencing Taru/Lala in general FF games not being the hero. But of course Shantotto was a hero.

We need a complete badass Lalafel as a villain. Somebody who burns villages, has control of a large army, powerful, and has a cute, yet evil laugh. Sorry, never played XI so forgive me if there is a Taru similar in XI.
