Use half frame, recording at a lower frame rate also helps, 24 is the absolute minimal fps for video recording.

Afterbuner has an compressed mpeg recorder also.

I already use 30 FPS, and using half frame might giving too small resolution

Well download handbreak and transcode the lossless avi files to a compressed format.

So that a 2 steps?
Cause I re-encoded the output with better compression ratio codec
