I think this is a great idea actually. So many people wanted to see Time Mage in XI. I'd love to see SE give it a try in XIV, especially since XIV also has a past/present kind of theme. Could Louisoix really be a Time Mage? It would explain his ability to send us "beyond the reaches of time."
