That is interesting... it makes me wonder if the dream clothing and usagi kabutos will become unique/untradeable like other event gear currently is.
Likely not - only the process for making the items will change.
Yes I know this but I mean is there going to be indication what amount of each stat really does like perception for example. I can change it all the way from 150 to 180 without any really increase in hq drops or the hq discovery gear no change there really either...
It just still seems be all luck based no matter what you do or change stat wise...

Gathering stats are seriously really easy to understand.
Gathering makes the minigame easier (Higher bar, less bar reduction, less breaking items even when you hit them)
Output makes all nodes give more tries. May or may not make you more likely to pull up multiple items at once.
Perception makes you more likely to get a +1.
When the recipe calls for multiple materials such as the Usagi Helms, you will need to trade them all in order to obtain the completed seasonal item. The completed seasonal event items will be displayed in a list and once you have the proper materials then you will be able to obtain the item.
We aren't planning on redistributing previous event materials in ARR, but for those of you that held onto them, you'll be able to trade them to the NPC for the NQ version of the item.
