Cutter's Cry: infinite timer, 1 hour minimum to clear, 2 hours cool down, token system, more tokens for clearing extra rooms/bosses and so on. If done right everybody will have a since of achievement and some endgame armor by the time more content is in game.
Beats the hell out of repeating the same 20min run 10 times a day and never being any closer to getting what you're after.
