That list actually shows the correct names, but if you compare the left column in JP and the left column in EN, you see that 園芸 = botany.

They are missing the JP names for the classes (the middle column is in english except for "unarmed"). Not that they really needed them, because adding a 師 on the end gives them the class name. eg 園芸師 = botanist as you see in the picture.



I realised that I probably didn't need to post any of this after I finished typing it.

They put harvest on the concept art because at the time they released the picture of the af, they didn't want to reveal too much information. Even with this, it is easy to see that this will be the af for botanist with the cutter's hat being equipped and it being only useable by a botanist.
