Server Crash?

Is it affecting all players, or just us elite few? The lodestone note makes it sound like its not the whole server thats down.

Yeah a bunch of my friends also can't log in atm >_<

Haven't played yet today, but Can I change servers? I dont have alot of time to play right now. And I swear to god every time I get to play Sargatanas is down <,<. *goes and cries uncontrollably in the corner.*

This is from the 3rd my friend, server maint. going on at the moment. Hopefully they come up in the next 15 minutes on time :)
