Add More Character Movement Options

The auto-run key only works when you're already moving.

Is it just your right hand that is mostly disabled, or both? Provided you had a bit of use in your left you could just grab something like a Razer Nostromo or Logitech G13.

Knowing more about your disability could help us make better suggestions, though I can understand if you didn't want to give details.
