It's called Evercold because unfortunately the name Neverwinter is already taken.

It could be too soon to say for sure... But the premise of this new saga is making Endwalker look even worse than it already was in my eyes when it was the latest...
That aside I'm actually excited for the expansion.
Seems like another HW jebait expanion that is supposedly a winter expanion, but only have 1 wintery zone. which was adressed by Yoshi P, about where all the ice is, but yeah I am exicted. looks good. Love the theme so far
I'm so hyped, this expansion is going to be so interesting
Well yes, but it seems like part of the Ninth was merged without issue, in a way the Ascians did not seem aware of.
Despite that we are apparently joining the shards together, the expansion does not give me the impression that we are doing this, because it seems the focus is entirely on the Fourth. This may be why they called it a "Saga". We may be doing it gradually over multiple expansions and patches.
My theory is that all the remaining reflections have been primed for a calamity, the Ascians were just getting things ready before we stopped them, and with the key and our magic friend summoning rock we could technically bring the civilizations to our world with them (this shard's zone all seems to be mostly floating in the air so you could plop them anywhere I guess) and then find a non-kill everybody way to rejoin the aether or just send it through the rift. I'm still thinking of some work arounds on some things but it could be a good starting point.
Well good thing we killed a bunch of ancients who wanted to rejoin the shards so that after we dealt with Hermes and his abomination the rejoining would be happening anyway.
