Discontinued Items List AAR 2.0 - Requesting Status Update <3

Most likely the discontinued items list is:

All "Dated" items
All items used to create "Dated" items that currently aren't used to create anything that isn't "dated" (or a part for a dated item).
All items specifically associated with 7th Umbral Era event content (e.g. deaspected crystal, faded page)

I cast EXTREME doubt on primal weapons etc being removed from the game, which is how I interpret "discontinued." The content may no longer be in the game (at least in its current form- the primals will most certainly still be battleable) and the weapons no longer obtainable but the weapons themselves wont be discontinued (removed).

That's essentially what I meant, most of us are seriously doubtful we'd lose all our shiny primal weapons at the 2.0 start leaving most of us naked in the process, or anything that's already obtained. It would be like when they removed the ability to obtain and create +2, +3 items from the game.

It's a list of non-obtainable stuff, not a list of stuff that'll disappear. So if they're not going to make Primal Weapons obtainable, then they'll be on the list.

More than likely, nothing will disappear if it's in your inventory; not even the useless dated ingredients.

I am really, really curious -- will there even BE any items that will simply "disappear" in 2.0? Discontinued seems to just mean, "we will not continue to make this item available to you, so you can't get it anymore".

Guess I better stock up on some of the dated gear now. Some of it is amazing for spiritbonding on lower level classes, since a lot of the time there's fuck all for gear to be wearing anyways, so might as well make some money out of the deal.

It would be really nice to know what item's we won't be able to get specifically. Even if the "content" goes away there's a chance that the items may be obtainable another way.

Only concerned with items that will not be obtainable. Only really want to know about Unique / Untradeable items.

This isn't complicated.
