I’m sorry to break it to you but you’re not special at all, me neither as well. I get it you want more alternative fashion, but that’s like 80% of how community is dressing in this game. So, from there, you’re or your character isn’t special, means there’s nothing to “fear”.

The “crazy” part is only a poke as you seem to have some personal problem that goes way beyond FFXIV, and I wish you to find proper help as you seem to live in some toxic past.

I don’t know how old are you, but if you’re like, a proper adult, maybe reflect on your word and try to move on?

the difference between us is I will go as far as possible if i must its not about "special" its about will and desire to seek it at any price necessary if if that means at the end there isnt a game at all, also not really because you can't you can half-ass do it or do it close..

Listen, the less people have to rely on mods the better.
Piercings, Tatoos, or muscle tones for ALL races, and you basically have 75% covered. That goess beyond only private areas, which will not happen because you cannot strip beyond smallclothes by default. This also means less syncing.

And let's not forget that pierced Fantasy characters is nothing new. TOTK Ganondorf, Any and all orcs, at least 1 sidecharacter or thug anywhere.
Some people use face paint as stand-in for facial tatoos, and some gear literally adds tatoos.

I'd personally add scars.
