it means nothing. they're corpo platitudes meant to fool the shills who will go and say "b-but they're going at a whirlwind pace, stop complaining".

It means they'll have run out of excuses to make to their investors at that point so they'll just tell them that a big whirlwind came and blew away all the players who used to play the game

Means they are just going in circles, causing a bunch of damage and then disappear.

Whirlwinds:
- Repeat in seasonal cycles
- Cause (such) devasation everywhere they go
- Uproot major arteries
- Jam up communications

I don't understand why CBU3 only get more cryptic with time, it surely is some good PR strategy. Speak in riddles and you don't have to deliver direct promises.

It's too bad the playerbase is starting to notice these riddles are full of emptiness...
