no i hate deep dungeons
I never cleared PotD level 50, so they won't let me into the new DD anyway.
And no, I don't care about clearing some ugly age-old content, just to get into a new place that will most likely be a copy pasta of the old stuff.
It will just be Orthos cut and paste.
I used to look forward to it, but after experiencing Occult Crescent and what lessons CS3 have taken from Eureka and Bozja I am not anymore.
I wish they would invest their time and energy in updating those archaic systems and UI elements for once,
IN all honesty they should revive all 3 of them and make them level 70 to 100 content only as well as rewards...... I like the choice you get with the additional content, but it would be real nice if you could get some real hold to them.
eg. with Khloes Book, could be like if you goto Floor 200 potd you get to move 2 in her book by your choice and with the two others when you goto Floor 100 HOH/Orthos you get to move 1 by choice, of course only a one time thing per book, meaning you can't do ovver 2 weeks getting 2 bonusses on the same book.
It would and could be one of the good reasons to keep the content alive as well.
I just hope it's less ugly than the default floors of Orthos. That Allagan red/blue was awful.
Orthos is slightly harder then at least HoH, I'd argue it's the hardest of the three, but not for anything exciting; mostly poorly used mechanics and enemies that are HP sponges. You can tell what Deep Dungeons are more favored when there's almost always someone near the PotD and HoH entrances, but can never find people for EO.
To answer the original question... Eh? I'll try it. I'll probably end up getting to whatever the "story" end floor is, maybe get a full clear in with some people, and then stop. (Unless it's like EO, in which case I'll stop after the story floor) EO really was lackluster to me compared to the other two, and with how lackluster everything has been lately, we will see.
(While I'm here, can we have the one EO TT card on an NPC? Thanks.)
As others have mentioned. There's no excitement about it at all because It's just a re-skinned PotD, with maybe one or two minor gimmicks (Like HoH magicite or EO clones), which isn't a big deal really.
Maybe if they try to re-invent deep dungeon, introduce a wide variety of new mechanics and gameplay then it could be something interesting. Like permanent powerups instead of pomanders, because that'd be interesting.
