it does say 1% drop chance tbf but yes i got one just today prob like my 8th chest or so which is wild but i think as it is right now its more worth it to sell it than use it
Its a completely silly, unrealistic and unhealthy title to even put into the game. Im pretty sure its not even possible to manually farm 1000 of them and then find the locations afterwards within the remaining lifespan of the game. At best this might leave people the option of spending 1-1.5 billion gil to bypass the first step of it, but then probably still spend hundreds of hours finding the carrot locations afterward. It needs to be changed to like 100 carrots.
Honestly, I'm not going for the title unless the Fate carrots drop in value ALOT.
So I wanted to try it once, and I bought one for 1.5m, which brought me to a chest full of old materia and ribbons. I mean, not even like a 60k mount or good materia, too, along with a mere 200k.
I found 4 so far on 118 chests. Used the first one, sold the others. Don’t care about a title that is an indication of OCD (and SE should not encourage that).
It takes 50.000 bronze chests on avg to get 1000 carrots. Bronze chests only respawn when you farm CEs, Fates or chainkill enemies. Lets assume you can make 10 per hour respawn. Thats merely 5.000 hours of playtime to get the carrots, only 10 times the time investment of collecting 20k hoards in deep dungeons :')
Theres healthy long-term achievements you would get by simply playing and then theres this, where you would have to hyper focus a specific kind of piece within a piece.
