Can you take the $60 you would spend on the PS3 game, add $40, and buy a new video card that has an HDMI port?

There will probably be bonus content for PS3 users, like how people with the PC Collector's Edition got Onion Helms or how people with active FFXI accounts got the Hermes' Shoes.

You will have to buy a copy of the game for PS3 to play it on PS3. You will not have to make a new account.

You can also do that on your PC, but okay. I also told him that the incentive for buying the PS3 version was to play it in the way you just mentioned.

My PC has a nice TV with a wireless controller + keyboard on a comfy couch. Your argument is invalid.

You can use gamepads on a PC, and you can hook PCs up to a TV. Therefore, I've never really seen the point in owning both platforms.

you're kidding right. you can find DVI to HDMI adapters for like 5 dollars and if your card doesn't have a DVI port at all, then I don't know how you're playing the game right now.

There is a cable for that, I am 100% sure. There are VGA to VGA, VGA to HDMI, HDMI to HDMI and the single slot HDMI to both.

plus if you have any type of hd television it should have a vga cnnection to it for pc to begin with all lcd tv's on up even plasma tvs have them. I used to do tech support for Philips Magnox and taught people how to connect their tv. My computer is connected to my tv with dvi-hdmi and i had it connected via vga at one point. *has a 26 in lcd/led lg tv*

At the very least it had better stay the same price as it is right now ($19.99).
