This game should be turn based

I mean I can't see transferring an existing game such as FFXIV to that, sorry.

I would love to see a turn-based MMORPG though, I suppose. Or even more FF-y, ATB-based?

Some old digimon mmos where turn based and I think the smt mmo was as well.

14 is already turn based. The GCD is your turn. It comes every 2.5 seconds.

what balance bro ffx in the endgame shits on classes you just power everybody through the board replace low stats with high ones and everonye deals 99999 dmg with auto attacks :D
