Blank character select screen, lobby error 2002

Looks like this issue is still going, I just tried and got the same issue. ISP is Superloop.

Issue is still ongoing,

I'm in NZ and can get on other data centres fine but when i attempt to get onto materia i get the blank character screen then the 2002 error

we are with 2degrees, on windows pc :(

My friend now has this issue this morning and he is on Dodo

Same here. 2 Degrees both broadband and mobile, so even on mobile connection it won't let me load any OCE characters.

Getting the same issue here in NZ, me and my partner get stuck at blank character select screen.

with 2degrees and on Windows.

Do we need to do anything? Like log a ticket here or with our ISPs, or will it resolve itself eventually? Been like this since yesterday and it's really a bummer. :(

It could be worth a shot calling or logging a ticket with your ISP to see if anything can be done on their side, if they cant then it will have to be up to SE.

What would we even tell them? Is it a DNS issue perhaps?
