They were very clear that it's a half-done work in progress and that they had started with a focus on level 1 glamour sets. That's why the non-dyeable level 1 Makai gear is currently included but the level 60 version is not.

its not a work in progress if the progress gets measured in periods of when dinosaurs ruled the earth.

I wish they would communicate about what the hold up here is. The entire glam system is a major chore.

World of Warcraft's system did it better (and has done) for 10+ years. They are so behind on basics of the game. Why are things like this not a priority?
