You can download it via Utorrent if you go into the FFXIV games downloads folder and find the torrent file

Luckily lettered patches are always WAY smaller, so it can't possibly take as long.

Love hitting 0 upload and 0 download, I was actually loosing connections, when my internet works fine.

ARR needs a patcher that, you know, um... whats the word I'm looking for...... Ahh yes Works!

ditto. cancel/restart seems to get it going again. 3 times now had to do that

I'm stuck at 98.1% and stopping/restarting isn't working..... :/
Edit: aaaaand, there it goes.

Now to wait another hour for the servers to come back up.
